How many ways can you access a computer?
In the ever changing world of computer access, many forms of assistive technology are available to assist people with varying disabilities. Everyone can benefit from the hands-on information provided at our technology center.

Technology Project’s Demonstration Site
located at the
Center on Disabilities and Human Development
129 West Third St. (Downtown Moscow)
Sue House is the demonstrator for the Idaho Assistive Technology Demonstration Site. She can help answer questions about the types of computer based software and hardware that can assist students with disabilities. The site is available Monday thru Friday from 10 am to 2 pm.
Products available for demonstration include:
Hardware- TouchWindow, IntelliKeys, Trackball, Joystick, JamBox and Switches,
Dvorak Adaptive Keyboards
Software- Co:Writer, Write:Outloud, Joystick to Mouse, Inspiration, Living
Books, IntelliTalk.

There is no cost for demonstrations. Consultations,
assessments and trainings are available at the following fee rates:
*Private Usage Fees are $1.50 per user hour and are billed quarterly to the
organization.
(Example: 60 user hours a quarter X $1.50 equals $90.00 fee for that
quarter.)
